When you book Roodlea Barn, the foundations are already in place so you can focus on the parts that matter most to you. Here is everything that comes with your venue hire.

Venue hire includes

Our rustic wooden trestle tables and cross back chairs seat up to 120 guests for your ceremony and meal, with space for up to 150 guests in the evening.

Arrange a viewing
Exclusive use of the whole venue including driving range and golf course for photos (closed for play)
Wooden trestle tables and cross-back chairs
Fully stocked and staffed bar throughout your day
Fairy lights, chandeliers and adjustable lighting
PA sound system in the barn and bar area
Whiskey barrels and soft furnishings
Onsite kitchen for your caterer's use (a small per-person kitchen fee applies)
On-site contact throughout your wedding day

What's not included

Catering - you are free to choose from our list of approved caterers, giving you flexibility over your menu

Serving staff - your caterer will bring their own team on the day

Cutlery and crockery - brought by your caterer

Barn decorations - the space is yours to style however you like. We do offer a styling service if you would like some help with this, available at an additional cost.

Wedding coordinator- we can point you towards some brilliant options on our recommended suppliers page
